Before starting Oz heat pumps, Wayne worked in various roles in the building sector for more than 30 years, 20 of them dealing with environmental building products such as Water tanks, Insulation, Solar Power and Solar hot water/Heat pumps. Wayne has taken his knowledge of these products and combined it with his previously successful customer service strategies to produce a business he is very proud of.
